The purchase has been made through Transports Generals d’Olesa S.A, which is also part of Grupo Transportes Generales. A brand that was created 5 years ago with the aim of offering a better service based on the following pillars: security, availability, flexibility, performance and quality.

On December 27, 2018, the acquisition of the company RIBA GORINA AUTOCARS S.L. by the DIREXIS group, which belongs to the company TUSGSAL (Transportes Urbanos and Servicios Generales, S.A.L.).
Said purchase has been made through its subsidiary TRANSPORTES GENERALES DE OLESA, S.A., acquiring all the shares and social participations representing one hundred percent (100%) of the capital stock of RIBA GORINA AUTOCARS S.L.
RIBA GORINA AUTOCARS S.L. It was incorporated in 1993 and is based in the municipality of Matadepera (Vallés Occidental). Carries out discretionary transport of passengers and repeated services, both for schools and for companies. It has a staff of 7 drivers and a fleet of 7 vehicles.
This acquisition represents another step in the line of expanding and consolidating the DIREXIS business group, in this case in the discretionary transport sector. It also brings important synergies to TRANSPORTES GENERALES DE OLESA, S.L. which will optimize resources and structure, and expand its customer base.
The operation is part of the guidelines defined in the 2016-2020 Group’s Strategic Plan and allows it to expand its scope of action, both territorially and at the level of business activity, opening up new business opportunities from the benchmark of the social economy model.
